why coach?

 

Employee development can come in many different shapes and sizes.   

 

The knowledge and skills that an employee has can be shaped through powerful, structured training designed to arm an employee for the scenarios they face outside of a formal learning environment.

 

Of all workplace learning, only around 10% will be achieved within a formal environment, even when that formal solution is good.   

 

20%  comes from peer to peer learning - the sorts of hints, tips and shortcuts we learn from experienced people. 70% is derived from direct experience – practice makes perfect after all.
